Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead day-to-day activities on the sales floor to deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model. Partner with store management to achieve personal and team sales goals through effective selling strategies and consumer engagement. Assist across store departments including POS management, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations, while serving as a brand ambassador. Support positive team culture and help with key-holder duties such as opening/closing and cash handling.
