•Own the Work End to End: Produce work in the form most useful to the team and engineering, ensure files are complete and aligned with the design system when handing off
•Simplify Complexity: Tackle hard problems in the product domain and deliver simple, clear solutions for data-heavy workflows
•Design for AI-Driven Features: Contribute to AI-powered capabilities across the product, with emphasis on trust, explainability, and transparency
•Generate and Apply Insights: Conduct research and interpret product analytics to uncover real user needs and measure design impact
•Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on strategy and ensure end-to-end design execution and design system improvements

•4+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer with a shipped portfolio across the full development lifecycle

•Fluency with modern design and prototyping tools; Figma proficiency with components libraries, auto-layout, and developer-ready handoff files; comfortable with AI-powered tools (LLMs, Cursor, Claude Code)
•Experience designing for AI/ML-driven features with strong attention to trust, explainability, and error states
•Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and deliver high-quality work without requiring significant direction
