Lead day-to-day store operations at Vans in Santa Barbara while supporting the store leadership team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and help achieve sales and profit goals by monitoring KPIs. Partner with store leadership on merchandising, inventory organization, shipping/receiving, replenishment, and loss-prevention practices, while maintaining brand standards and an inclusive store environment.
