Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor asset performance including NOI, occupancy, rental growth, and key operational KPIs against approved targets.
  • •Prepare asset performance reports, dashboards, and variance analysis, maintaining accurate asset-level financial and operational data.
  • •Track leasing activity (renewals, expiries, occupancy, pricing) and conduct market research and benchmarking to support commercialization decisions.
  • •Support asset enhancement, repositioning, and value-creation initiatives by tracking delivery and performance versus business cases and assumptions.
  • •Coordinate with property/facility managers and internal teams on operational KPIs, governance/documentation, and ESG/sustainability data requirements; develop asset-level insights using AI and analytics.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in real estate, property management, investment banking, or a related analytical role.
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced Excel and proficiency building executive-ready materials.
  • •Fundamentals in financial modeling and the ability to compile, research, and benchmark market and performance data.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA or CFA progress advantageous).
