Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate recycling and wastewater/UPW processes per work instructions and process plans to hit targets.
  • •Respond to process control alarms by taking corrective actions, escalating when needed, and evaluating immediate and historical trends.
  • •Collect and analyze process data and samples; perform standard tests to ensure proper operation of recycling, wastewater, and ultra-pure water systems.
  • •Perform minor maintenance and repairs (including troubleshooting/replacement of pumps) and calibrate instrumentation per ISO work instructions.
  • •Maintain hazardous waste handling and spill response per procedures, keep accurate records, and perform shift pass-down communications and 5S housekeeping.

Key Requirements

  • •High School diploma or GED is required.
  • •One or more years of FS technical experience, or one or more years’ experience in an industrial/commercial operation or a technical setting, or an associates degree in a technical discipline.
  • •Experience in equipment maintenance and process troubleshooting (preferred).
  • •Prior industrial wastewater treatment experience (preferred).
  • •General electrical/electronic and mechanical knowledge with strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience.
