Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities, part numbers, condition, and documentation against shipping documents, purchase orders, manifests, or records.
  • •Inspect material for damage, discrepancies, improper identification, or irregularities; properly identify, label, store, and route items to designated locations.
  • •Pick, pack, stage, prepare, load, and unload goods for issue or shipment; coordinate with customers, supply, transportation, and supervisors as needed.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory records, including cycle counts and physical inventories, and track material movement from receipt through storage, issue, shipment, or disposition.
  • •Ensure warehouse areas are clean, organized, and safe; store material according to handling, preservation, security, and environmental requirements.
