Job Summary

Provide day-to-day production support for front-office electronic trading applications at the heart of the Fixed Income business. Manage incidents, perform problem investigation and root-cause analysis to drive permanent resolution of recurring issues. Support and enhance trading platforms including TOMS, eTOMS, and ION Anvil, collaborating with traders, sales teams, technology partners, and external vendors within an IT application support and service delivery model across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide day-to-day production support for front-office trading applications to ensure service availability and operational stability.
•Manage incidents and conduct problem investigations and root-cause analysis to achieve permanent resolution of recurring issues.
•Support electronic trading platforms including TOMS, eTOMS, ION Anvil, and related front-office trading solutions.
•Support the stability, availability, and performance of critical sales and trading applications used across EMEA.
•Collaborate with front-office users, change and development teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors to deliver and support trading services.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 60,000 - 80,000 annually
