Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day production support for front-office trading applications to ensure service availability and operational stability.
  • •Manage incidents and conduct problem investigations and root-cause analysis to achieve permanent resolution of recurring issues.
  • •Support electronic trading platforms including TOMS, eTOMS, ION Anvil, and related front-office trading solutions.
  • •Support the stability, availability, and performance of critical sales and trading applications used across EMEA.
  • •Collaborate with front-office users, change and development teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors to deliver and support trading services.
