Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively generate new business by prospecting for deposits, lending, treasury management, merchant services, and other banking solutions.
  • •Meet prospects to build relationships, develop COI relationships in the market, and close new opportunities to grow clients and revenue.
  • •Build and maintain a robust COI network including CPAs, attorneys, commercial real estate agents, and other professionals.
  • •Retain and manage clients by deepening relationships and cross-selling products and services.
  • •Maintain strong understanding of Capital One’s credit policy to ensure compliance and manage risk.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 122,100 - 153,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of Business Banking experience.
  • •Preferred: 3+ years of Business Banking experience.
  • •Proven experience in business development, generating and closing new business through prospecting.
  • •Established network of centers of influence (COIs) and ability to grow it through active engagement and networking events.
  • •Strong understanding of deposits, treasury management, credit solutions, and other banking products.
