Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate, maintain, and repair solar panel array equipment and electrical systems including breakers, switchgear, switchyards, motor control centers, AC/DC circuitry, transformers, and lighting panels.
  • •Assist with troubleshooting and perform preventive and corrective maintenance for solar and battery equipment, including repairs, replacements, and installation/removal work.
  • •Troubleshoot and diagnose issues by reading and interpreting online diagrams, electrical protection schemes, P&IDs, equipment specifications, and vendor service manuals.
  • •Assist in development and administer the LOTOV program.
  • •Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental procedures (including Lockout Tagout, Job Safety Analysis, Confined Space, Hot Work, Electrical Safety, and PPE).
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent, trade school, military service training programs, or tech training.
  • •Prefer maintenance or operations experience in power generation or similar industrial facilities/field.
  • •Prefer I&C or electrical experience in power generation or similar industrial facilities/field.
  • •Knowledge of safety and environmental rules as they relate to electrical maintenance.
  • •Working knowledge of CMMS; familiarity with Maximo preferred.
