Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee Collections/Pre-Processing activities and coordinate forensic collections with clients and Bright Labs’ forensics team, documenting pre-processing workflow.
  • •Advise on data reduction strategies (deNIST, file extension filtering, date culling, etc.) and coordinate processing work with the processing team.
  • •Lead the review phase by advising on technology selection, batching strategy, configuration, and training (Relativity) to meet project objectives; coordinate evidence handling and exhibit preparation.
  • •Support production efforts by guiding format, strategy, and timelines for production of electronic data and developing production identification strategies.
  • •Manage project finances (budgets, revenue forecasting, invoicing) and provide periodic status updates to clients and senior leadership, while mentoring junior staff and supporting recruiting and business development.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 85,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in MIS, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Law, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology, or similar degree.
  • •4 years of prior experience as a consultant overseeing computer forensics and electronic discovery
  • •Advanced decision making and problem-solving skills
  • •Team player who is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • •Ability to interact confidently with senior management and lawyers/partners
