Job Summary

Support the technology product development lifecycle within Ancillary Offers in the Commercial Experience organization. You’ll triage product issues, perform bug/defect testing and research, and deliver quantitative/qualitative insights to guide product backlog prioritization and strategy. Collaborate with business, IT, and leadership, review test data and business rules, and run product meetings by producing tracking and analysis reports on progress, risks, and issues.
