Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement an effective account management strategy for the SSV Asset Owners & Managers client base to drive satisfaction, retention, and reference-ability.
  • •Create and maintain detailed client plans aligned to wider growth strategies and ExCo planning.
  • •Proactively manage issues across products and jurisdictions by directing resources within each service component.
  • •Sponsor service improvement opportunities, prioritise change management agendas, and establish governance frameworks and meeting schedules for senior client engagement and compliance.
  • •Support client executives and sales directors on new and cross-sell initiatives, owning commercials and maximising profitability and incremental growth with tier two clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years’ experience across client management, business implementation/change, business development and/or senior operational leadership.
  • •Client-facing experience with excellent communication and presentation skills, including leading executive-level meetings.
  • •Proven ability to own, maintain, and retain client relationships across securities services products and help define and execute departmental strategy.
  • •Understanding of commercial and contractual drivers and contribution to AOP and business performance.
  • •Full proficiency with regulations governing securities services and client management, plus sound controls and risk management knowledge.
