Own the full renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of existing 1Password customers, driving timely and accurate contract renewals. Proactively engage customers before expiration to discuss renewal options, address concerns, and maintain long-term relationships. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to deliver a seamless renewal experience, analyze renewal metrics and usage trends, and share customer feedback to improve retention and product outcomes.
