Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and scale Canonical’s regional HR team to provide HR operations for the Americas and ensure precise, compliant processes across the employee life-cycle.
  • •Advise senior leaders and partner with the broader People team to implement scalable HR initiatives, talent development, succession planning, and performance management across multiple countries.
  • •Coach and guide people managers on employee relations issues and ensure effective training and development programs.
  • •Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and design policies delivering on global HR projects.
  • •Present Canonical’s HR practices at events and maintain trusted partnerships with the business in your region.
