Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Relationship Manager with a proven ability to gain a client’s confidence and grow share of wallet.
•Drive assets under management, deposits and loan production through cross-selling banking, investments and fiduciary services.
•Act as the quarterback for the client’s team, coordinating across business units to deliver solutions.
•Operate independently with in-depth knowledge of the business unit/function and manage complex initiatives.
•Collaborate across functions to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity in line with strategic direction.

Key Requirements

•At least 12 years in International Wealth Management with 10 plus years of experience as a Lead Relationship Manager.
•Proven experience in client acquisition and managing existing client relationships that will transition to Northern Trust.
•Knowledge and expertise of doing business in Mexico and proper protocol pertaining to clients, travel, hosting events, etc.
•Multilingual with excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
•In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge and ability to adapt to change; leadership and organizational skills to set goals and develop staff.
