Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead international client relationships (central and south America) and increase client confidence and wallet share.
  • •Focus on growing assets under management, deposits, and loan production.
  • •Drive business development initiatives in Mexico, including client acquisition.
  • •Cross-sell banking, investments, and fiduciary services to improve outcomes.
  • •Act as the quarterback around the client and execute strategic direction across complex, multi-discipline initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 12 years in International Wealth Management.
  • •Multilingual with excellent oral and written communication skills, specifically in English and Spanish.
  • •Knowledge and expertise of doing business in Mexico, including proper client and travel/hosting protocol.
  • •Proven success in business development initiatives in Mexico, including client acquisition and existing relationships that transition to Northern Trust.
  • •In-depth functional/industry knowledge and extensive technical or business expertise to operate independently and execute strategic direction.
