Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate the vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
  • •Transport loads safely and on time along required routes while obeying traffic laws and safety regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a valid commercial drivers license (Class A CDL) (or chauffeur’s license depending on state) for the vehicle weight operated.
  • •Pass background and drug testing as required by federal/state DOT regulations, and pass a DOT physical (trucks over 10k lbs).
  • •Be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
  • •Safely transport loads in a timely manner, following traffic laws and all safety regulations.
  • •Be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds and handle prolonged periods sitting in a trailer cab.
