Job Summary

Own daily lab and cleanroom operations for a new high-tech MEMS facility, ensuring readiness, organization, and a stable setup for engineers. Support equipment support, troubleshooting, uptime, and hands-on lab work and experiments. Coordinate facility infrastructure reliability (vacuum, gas, exhaust, utilities), track preventive maintenance, and partner with internal teams, suppliers, landlords, contractors, and service providers while maintaining safety, EHS, and cleanroom compliance.

•Ensure day-to-day lab and cleanroom operations run smoothly and predictably.
•Maintain lab organization, tooling, consumables, and operational readiness.
•Support installation, setup, and commissioning of lab equipment, including troubleshooting to maintain uptime.
•Perform and support hands-on lab work, experiments, and engineering activities as needed.
•Coordinate facility infrastructure reliability (vacuum, gas, exhaust, utilities), preventive maintenance, and facility-related issue resolution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 64,000 - 88,000

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a laboratory, cleanroom, pilot production, or technical operations environment.
•Hands-on technical background with strong troubleshooting skills.
•Experience supporting equipment, infrastructure, or facility systems.
•Comfort working independently and taking ownership of operational topics.
•Technical education (MBO+, HBO, or equivalent through experience) plus fluent Dutch and English communication.
