Job Summary

Lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Agoda’s observability platforms within the Observability domain. Drive monitoring, anomaly detection, tracing, and incident management initiatives by collaborating with engineers, SREs, data scientists, and product teams to improve uptime, reduce mean time to recovery, and enable data-driven decisions at scale for production systems powering millions of traveler experiences.

Job Function: Product Management

Key Responsibilities

•Own the full product lifecycle for observability platforms—from concept to delivery and continuous improvement.
•Define the vision for anomaly detection, tracing, and visibility systems that accelerate detection and recovery.
•Partner with engineers, SREs, and product teams to identify reliability pain points and prioritize impactful solutions.
•Balance product velocity with technical debt and operational risk, working closely with senior engineers.
•Define and track key metrics to measure platform impact.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of technical product or program management experience in a fast-paced environment.
•5+ years of technical experience/familiarity with observability, reliability, or production excellence domains (e.g., monitoring, tracing, incident management).
•Strong product management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority across technical and business teams.
•Proven ability to define vision and strategy, set clear priorities, and deliver measurable impact.
•Experience managing complex, cross-functional technical initiatives end-to-end.
