Key Responsibilities

  • •Support product and service launches that require state licensing and regulatory reporting across areas such as money transmission, servicing/collections, lending, and international expansion.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to meet licensing and reporting obligations with teams including legal, public affairs, compliance, finance, and tax.
  • •Maintain a central repository of licensing and reporting requirements for new license types, including workflows and regulatory guidance.
  • •Prepare and submit regulatory filings, including state licensing annual reports, MSB call reports, renewal applications, and other jurisdiction-specific forms.
  • •Collaborate with the team to research and implement licensing requirements in the licensing management tool, and use AI to develop processes that improve efficiency.

Key Requirements
