Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Data Manager with user onboarding and training on product data (meaning, usage, and tools).
  • •Provide daily support to users on difficulties using data tools and participate in creating training materials.
  • •Monitor and report data anomalies; maintain and distribute the procedures and rules repository (data dictionary, data management rules).
  • •Set up reporting and data quality control tools, and improve product data quality across the finished products MDM and the production ERP.
  • •Contribute to continuous improvement: propose KPI/data indicator evolutions, document key reference-data processes, and participate in Data Group committees.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher education: engineering school or equivalent (Bac +3/4/5).
  • •Strong interest in data and BI.
  • •Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VBA, etc.).
  • •Autonomous, rigorous, and analytically minded.
  • •Good communication/pedagogy skills and ability to synthesize; problem-solving mindset; proposing improvements.
  • •Knowledge of an ERP is a plus.
