Lead global R2R and FP&A operations across regions, driving enterprise-wide finance transformation, governance, and scalable finance capabilities. Spearhead process improvements, KPI tracking, ERP/digital adoption, and finance transformation to improve efficiency and business performance.

•Lead R2R, Intercompany, Controlling, and FP&A operations across regions
•Drive month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and audit compliance

•Coach and develop managers on people, process, and stakeholder management

Key Requirements

•B.Com / CA Inter / Diploma in IFRS or equivalent qualification
•20+ years of experience in finance operations and transformation
•Strong expertise in R2R and FP&A processes
•Proven experience managing large, multi-region teams
•Strong stakeholder management across global finance teams
