Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits with minimal supervision across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • •Provide sound guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfers, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees, including workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, and separations/settlements negotiations.
  • •Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in offboarding activities and audits, coordinating with teams such as payroll and legal.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS platform and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and product/experience enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven ability to independently manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
  • •Strong employment laws and regulations knowledge across multiple jurisdictions, with employee relations principles and progressive discipline experience.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and analyze complex HR issues to arrive at solutions in ambiguous environments.
