Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead one or more NAND process integration modules for development and operation of a 3D NAND semiconductor integrated circuit.
  • •Define structural specifications and process requirements for assigned modules.
  • •Proactively identify and resolve structural, electrical, and reliability issues using model-based approaches.
  • •Optimize structural development, electrical performance, parametric verification, and process control for manufacturability.
  • •Design and execute device and process experiments; analyze results and communicate conclusions, then support technology transfer from R&D to high-volume manufacturing.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of semiconductor industry experience in Process Areas or Process Integration.
  • •Ability to develop an end-to-end understanding of PI modules on new NAND technologies and related structural and electrical failure mechanisms.
  • •In-depth NAND knowledge, including NAND process flow and common yield and reliability issues.
  • •Proficiency in scripting/programming/engineering/business intelligence/analytics tools (e.g., Python, SolidWorks, Tableau, Power BI).
  • •BS, MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
