•Use market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify opportunities aligned with growth strategies and expand market coverage.
•Use the company sales management system to build project pipelines.
•Conduct customer visits to identify key clients, assess retrofit feasibility based on on-site unit operations, and understand annual retrofit budgets and plans.
•Present proposals and collaborate with technical support to develop competitive retrofit solutions and secure opportunities.
•Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure project completion; comply with sales governance and manage daily sales activities, reporting, and system updates.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in HVAC, building environment and equipment engineering, mechatronics, or related science/engineering fields.
•Over 3 years of sales experience in retrofit or plant room upgrade (preferred).
•Strong technical understanding of the products/services being sold, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
•Understanding of the direct sales process and aligning technical solutions with business needs to influence customer adoption.
•Strong customer service skills and the ability to build trust as a reliable technical advisor.
