Key Responsibilities

  • •Source, build, and scale strategic financial partnerships (banks, mobile wallet providers, cash networks) to expand and optimize the regional payout network.
  • •Manage the full deal lifecycle for partner accounts, from lead generation and deal structuring through go-live and ongoing relationship management.
  • •Own end-to-end contract management and commercial negotiations, coordinating multi-department sign-offs and using CRM and CLM/VMS tools to track pipelines and renewals.
  • •Conduct third-party risk governance, including TPRM reviews, coordinating security evaluations (e.g., SOC 2), supporting compliance audits, and driving remediation to resolution.
  • •Monitor SLA/KPI performance, facilitate QBRs, and escalate complex legal/commercial/operational risks with actionable recommendations while supporting onboarding and integrations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Technology, or a related field.
  • •7+ years in Business Development/Partnerships, Vendor Management, Procurement, or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) in payments/fintech/banking/financial services.
  • •Experience working with mobile wallet providers, financial institutions, payment processors, and compliance/risk tooling.
  • •Proven ability to negotiate complex, multi-party commercial contracts across pricing, SLAs, and renewal cycles.
  • •Strong third-party risk and regulatory knowledge, including privacy regulations and SOC 2 plus OFAC/AML compliance.
