Key Responsibilities

•Interact with guests professionally and enthusiastically, sharing information about marine life and aquarium theming.
•Maintain knowledge of marine animal species, aquarium systems, animal care, and conservation threats and actions.
•Deliver conservation education programming and marine animal activities to small or large groups as needed.
•Ensure a clean and safe aquarium environment and follow correct animal welfare practices.
•Conduct research to support presentations, facilitate guest surveys, and comply with SOPs and department manuals.
