Key Responsibilities

  • •Structure, lead, and support complex IT contract renewals from usage forecast through contract execution, with detailed tracking and savings outcomes.
  • •Plan and execute strategic sourcing initiatives including vendor evaluation, negotiation/award, contract management, SRM, implementation, governance, and compliance.
  • •Act as the central point of contact for IT escalations for managed services providers and internal IT software procurement, including VIP “white glove” support.
  • •Execute and lead day-to-day IT software procurement contract management operations such as contract review, approvals, tactical tracking, and administration.
  • •Enhance SOPs and procurement business operations (e.g., approvals, supplier analytics, reporting) through continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years of procurement experience (strategic sourcing and contract management) in a global, complex corporate environment.
  • •5+ years of experience in the IT technology category (software and IT-related labor), with software category focus.
  • •Experience managing VAR/resellers and demonstrated stakeholder management across IT, Finance, Legal, Cybersecurity, and business teams.
  • •Strong contract negotiation skills with expert proficiency in Excel (VBA/macros not required).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Strategy, Finance, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Legal, or other quantitative field); MBA preferred.
