Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and deliver product-facing features for Mo, focusing on the chat experience, speed, and content quality
  • •Collaborate across engineering, data science, and medical expertise to extend Mo’s capabilities
  • •Integrate Mo with Alan services and healthcare workflows (e.g., HP chat, location maps, prevention programs)
  • •Help extend the architecture and agentic framework to support Mo’s growth and international expansion
  • •Mentor engineers, contribute to culture, and assist in hiring and interview processes

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience as a product-minded software engineer building state-of-the-art AI systems
