Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute end-of-line test systems and plans for new radio products and features in collaboration with multiple engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • •Define test methodologies and strategies with business line customers to optimize product safety, reliability, and risk mitigation (including FMEA coverage and schedules).
  • •Design and execute testing for PCBA, electrical systems, and RF components, including hands-on testing and rework as needed.
  • •Analyze test data and communicate results with design engineers to resolve product issues discovered during test.
  • •Design and implement next-generation test automation hardware and procedures from component level to system level, including commissioning of functional testers, board bring-up/bench validation, yield support, and root-cause analysis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •5+ years designing functional test equipment with hands-on electrical engineering experience.
  • •3+ years experience with schematic capture and/or PCBA layout (Altium Designer preferred).
  • •2+ years scripting for automation (C/C++/C#, Python, MATLAB), with LabVIEW a plus.
  • •Experience with lab safety protocols and developing test/validation strategies, including hardware-software integration and test processes.
