Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services for payment and transaction platforms using Golang.
•Build and evolve distributed systems for financial transactions, ensuring resiliency, consistency, and fault tolerance.
•Develop cloud-native solutions on AWS using managed services to support scalability, security, and observability.
•Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and design, deploy, and operate services on Kubernetes environments.
•Create test strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end), collaborate cross-functionally in Agile, and participate in code reviews, incident analysis, and post-mortems.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 2+ years with an advanced degree; PhD option with 0 years) or 8+ years relevant experience.
•2+ years developing backend services using Golang in production environments.
•Solid experience designing and maintaining distributed systems for financial/transactional workloads.
•Hands-on AWS experience building scalable, secure, highly available applications (e.g., ECS/EKS, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS/SNS, CloudWatch).
•Practical experience with Terraform (IaC) and strong working knowledge of Kubernetes, plus test automation and CI/CD collaboration in Agile/Scrum.
