•Maintain working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and digital/self-service offerings and educate clients on them.
•Provide an optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions and service requests.
•Open new consumer and business accounts and submit credit applications, partnering with branch team members and using available resources to optimize the client experience.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Typically 3 to 4 years of retail banking experience, or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

•Thorough knowledge of applicable bank/branch policies, procedures, and support systems, plus retail products and services.
•Proven customer service and interpersonal skills, with experience participating in sales campaigns/promotions and/or demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
