Job Summary

Lead delivery of Motorola Solutions Guardian Mobile projects in the UK, bridging enterprise architecture and software deployment. You’ll oversee requirements capture, design, and iterative development with a cross-functional agile team, mentor engineers, and coordinate remote delivery with occasional site travel. You’ll ensure alignment of clustering, cloud and database components, and guide the team toward successful customer sign-off and scalable delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and maintain the overall project plan and all associated project documentation (RAID log, RFCs, Requirements documentation, Contract Changes, Finance)
•Effectively manage customer relationships via remote and on-site engagement
•Coordinate internal and external resources and stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed in line with project timescales
•Capture and document customer requirements, including business process analysis and technical analysis
•Produce solution specifications/design and agree this with the customer

•A formal qualification (Degree) in Computing Science or equivalent experience

•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
