Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of engineering projects aligned to business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
  • •Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define scope, priorities, and deliverables.
  • •Monitor, analyze, and improve DORA metrics, identifying bottlenecks and driving initiatives to enhance delivery performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions and work with business stakeholders.
