Insurance Surety Account Manager

Manage an assigned book of surety clients as a primary point of contact, delivering timely service and resolving inquiries. Conduct exposure analysis and risk reviews, and lead marketing for new and renewal business. Partner with clients and carriers to gather data, negotiate coverage terms, review quotes, and prepare bond documents. Maintain accurate client and policy records, identify account rounding and cross-sell opportunities, and support prospecting and growth efforts.
