Key Responsibilities

  • •Validate property data in the system before placing appraisal orders by reviewing property addresses through Real Quest and Zillow sites.
  • •Place appraisal orders via the integration platform and review/upload appraisal reports based on loan product and program requirements, including desk reviews when warranted.
  • •Coordinate with third-party AMCs to ensure appraisal reports are ordered correctly, progressing on time and followed up consistently.
  • •Update Encompass data as needed after receiving appraisals, including tracking receipt dates to meet compliance requirements.
  • •Process corrections/revisions after underwriting review and manage appraisal transfers, ROVs, and report delivery using Blend or UPS when e-consent is not present.
