Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist and support the Facilities Manager/clients in managing day-to-day operational management for all FM services to keep facilities maintained, functional, and safe.
  • •Oversee maintenance activities, preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and supervise implementation through reviewing reports.
  • •Coordinate vendors and contractors, manage specialist services, and ensure procurement follows procurement policies.
  • •Manage contract service delivery by monitoring SLA/KPIs, maintaining service level agreements, resolving issues/escalating to senior management, and ensuring timely raising of invoices.
  • •Lead team operations including planning transport/accommodation, ensuring staff training and onboarding records, managing sickness/absence/holidays reporting, and conducting site visits and monthly reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in facility management in a managerial position.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent degree in facilities management.
  • •Experience in people management.
  • •Proven project management skills and ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives with commercial and contract awareness.
  • •UAE driving license.
