Job Summary

Design, build, and scale AI-enabled capabilities across the enterprise, acting as the connective layer between business teams and underlying technology platforms. Lead cross-functional AI workflow architecture and integration using modern LLM tooling, automation, and data pipelines, while ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant deployments. Drive responsible AI adoption, deliver internal AI enablement and training, track optimization and ROI outcomes, and influence enterprise AI roadmaps with executive sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement end-to-end AI workflows across teams, connecting data platforms, AI models, and internal applications into scalable production-grade solutions.
•Provide concrete guidance on AI tools, secure usage, vendors, and architectures, including LLM integration, prompt engineering, agentic systems, and intelligent data pipelines.
•Champion responsible AI adoption by aligning deployments with security posture, data governance, and multi-country regulatory requirements.
•Build internal AI capability by creating enablement content such as playbooks, workshops, executive briefings, and reference guides.
•Monitor and improve AI usage efficiency and system performance, define success metrics, and present ROI and recommendations to executive leadership.

Key Requirements

•10–15 years of experience in technology, engineering, or architecture roles with meaningful AI/ML build exposure in the last 3–4 years.
•Deep working knowledge of modern AI tooling including LLMs, agentic frameworks, RPA, vector databases, and no-code/low-code automation platforms.
•Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles sufficient to identify data risk in AI deployments.
•Exceptional executive communication skills to translate technical AI concepts into business cases.
•Proven ability to drive enterprise change through influence across complex multi-stakeholder environments.
