Key Responsibilities

•Develop and refine core AI & ML platform infrastructure for building, training, evaluating, deploying, and operating ML models and pipelines.
•Collaborate with product teams (e.g., Jira and Confluence) to address ML solution challenges, including dataset curation and LLM fine-tuning.
•Lead projects from technical design through launch, partnering with internal stakeholders across teams.
•Deliver code reviews, documentation, and bug fixes within a strong engineering culture.
•Partner on company-wide initiatives spanning multiple projects and mentor junior team members.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience building machine learning and AI infra/platform/system.
•End-to-end ML lifecycle expertise, from data engineering to model serving and monitoring.
•Extensive experience designing and building scalable, fault-tolerant, high-performance distributed ML systems.
•Expert proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; familiarity with Go, Java, or Scala is beneficial.
•Deep experience implementing MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation for continuous training, deployment, and monitoring.
