Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze building type, height, traffic flow, and usage to recommend suitable elevator systems (passenger, freight, panoramic, etc.).
  • •Perform traffic analysis to determine elevator number, speed, and capacity.
  • •Develop technical specifications and input specifications into the E-gis system.
  • •Coordinate and prepare drawings/layouts for shaft size, machine room, pit depth, and headroom.
  • •Support sales during bidding by clarifying technical queries, responding to RFQs/RFPs and tenders, preparing compliance/deviation lists, and transferring details to the execution team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • •1–3 years of experience, preferably in the elevator field.
  • •Knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD).
  • •Ability to perform traffic analysis and develop technical specifications for elevator systems.
  • •Must have a KSA driving license.
