Technical Service Representative

Provide efficient technical assistance to customers for Amcor packaging equipment, helping resolve operational issues and improve quality and packaging performance. Service equipment to maintain optimal performance, conduct package and machine audits, support field trials, and assist with installation and start-up. Lead difficult issue management when needed, schedule priorities and travel, deliver customer training, complete required reporting, and partner with sales and internal teams.
