Job Summary

Load feed trucks with the correct feed type and quantity using the feed bulk load-out system. Operate under minimal supervision while coordinating schedules with production personnel, recording daily inventories, and documenting invoice and ingredient weight tickets. Follow safety and quality procedures while working in compliance with company policies, GMPs, and FSMA regulations. Perform additional assigned duties and promptly report equipment malfunctions to reduce downtime.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate the feed bulk load-out system to load and weigh feed trucks with the required feed type and quantity.
•Coordinate and communicate schedule and production needs with personnel to maximize efficiency.
•Report equipment malfunctions in a timely manner to reduce downtime.
•Take and record daily inventories and provide requested documentation for feed invoices and ingredient weight tickets.
•Obtain daily samples of all feed types per company sampling requirements and follow safety and quality procedures, including GMPs and FSMA compliance.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not required).
•Intermediate math skills to compute proportions, percentages, area, and volume.
•Basic computer knowledge and usage skills.
•Experience working with agricultural and/or farm equipment (preferred).
•Ability to work unsupervised, self-motivated, and able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shift hours.
