Job Summary

Lead proposal estimating and pricing for U.S. government and defense contracts, preparing compliant TINA cost volumes and reviewing bases of estimate for accuracy. Partner with Contracts, Production Control, Program Management, and Cost Estimating teams to build detailed cost and price analysis. Support customer negotiations, handle government requests and audits, and develop and audit compliance processes aligned to FAR/DFAR/TINA and internal pricing guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and deliver completed TINA cost volumes to the proposal team while maintaining compliance in a high-visibility, deadline-driven environment.
•Review bases of estimates for accuracy and compliance and support proposal development with Collins procedures and government regulations.
•Provide interactive support during customer price negotiations with Contracts and Program Management teams.
•Partner with Contracts, Production Control, Program Management, and Cost Estimating teams to develop detailed cost and price analysis.
•Support government requests and audits and communicate effectively with DCMA and DCAA organizations.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
•Proposal pricing and/or compliance auditing experience.
•Experience in military pricing and/or U.S. government contract clauses (FAR, DFAR, TINA, etc.).
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
•Ability to maintain high compliance in a deadline-driven, high-visibility proposal environment.
