Key Responsibilities

•Support end-to-end lifecycle management for services in the portfolio, ensuring accurate status, ownership, and value definitions.
•Maintain and improve portfolio metadata (service catalog entries, SLAs/OLAs, dependencies, risk/compliance markers) for transparency and audit readiness.
•Take over local process responsibility for Service Portfolio Management Process (SPM): SPOC for the central SPM team, train and support the local Service Management Organization.
•Assist with demand intake and prioritization, preparing inputs for portfolio governance and roadmapping decisions.
•Monitor portfolio KPIs and produce dashboards/packs for governance forums, highlighting trends, risks, and recommended actions.
