Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee, review, and improve the overall accounting functions of the division, including internal controls, policies, and account reconciliations.
  • •Perform analytical reviews of financial statements and monthly/quarterly subsidiary financial and operational reviews in accordance with GAAP and company guidelines.
  • •Support M&A activities including closing journal entries, blending balance sheets, and onsite pre-merger inventory; assist with year-end work papers for external auditors.
  • •Assist with tax returns and coordinate/support sales and use tax audits and property tax audits.
  • •Train new accountants and subsidiary personnel on back-office functions and accounting software; create reports and support budget preparation.

Key Requirements
