Job Summary

Own and build Ripple’s OTC liquidity sales pipeline across the Americas, originating relationships with institutional FX desks, treasury teams, crypto-native firms, and digital asset funds. Drive the full OTC sales cycle—from outreach through term sheet negotiation and close—while meeting quarterly booking targets. Partner with Ripple’s internal OTC trading desk to translate client needs into executable trades, provide real-time market feedback, and coordinate across trading, risk, compliance, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and own the regional OTC pipeline by originating and developing relationships with institutional clients across FX desks and crypto-native firms.
•Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach through term sheet negotiation and close, meeting and exceeding quarterly booking targets.
•Create high-impact account plans to prioritize high-value counterparts and convert early interest into active trading relationships.
•Serve as the primary interface between external clients and Ripple’s internal OTC desk, ensuring trades and post-trade communication meet institutional standards.
•Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene and represent Ripple at industry events and market forums across the Americas.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•8+ years in institutional sales or a trading-adjacent role, with time at an FX broker, an FX/EM desk at a tier-1 or tier-2 bank, or a crypto liquidity provider/exchange.
•Direct experience interfacing with an institutional trading desk and understanding desk operations, sales inputs, and closing the loop to executable pricing.
•A developed network of active relationships across institutional FX desks, digital asset treasury teams, and crypto-native funds in the Americas.
•Track record of owning a revenue number and delivering against it in a competitive, relationship-driven market.
•Strong understanding of OTC market mechanics, FX settlement workflows, and digital asset liquidity dynamics.
