Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive innovation and industry best practices for supplier onboarding methodologies, tools, and techniques across the end-to-end fulfilment lifecycle.
  • •Develop approaches to support provisioning, management, and troubleshooting of technology-based issues during client implementation.
  • •Promote professional programme/project leadership in global deals and client-facing delivery, with accountability for supplier activities through transition to business-as-usual.
  • •Ensure alignment between project outcomes, client business objectives, and internal success criteria/KPIs.
  • •Evaluate and improve ways of working using Voice of Supplier/Customer and employee feedback to maximize agility and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in Supply Chain Finance/Trade & Receivables Finance or Corporate Procurement, including payables finance, reverse factoring, supplier engagement models, and end-to-end onboarding processes.
  • •Demonstrated track record delivering supplier onboarding and utilisation outcomes at scale, improving conversion, activation, and programme penetration.
  • •Strong working capital and financial analysis capability to advise and influence CFO/Treasurer-level supplier stakeholders.
  • •Experience leading in a regional, multi-country matrix environment, coordinating across Sales/Relationship, Program, Product, Solutions Implementation, Operations/Services, and technology/channel partners.
  • •People leadership capability, including leading, coaching, and performance-managing multi-cultural teams.
