Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day purchasing to ensure programs have required materials, goods, and services.
  • •Manage supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual requirements and flow downs.
  • •Maintain accurate procurement documentation for high volume/medium complexity work in line with regulatory (FAR/DFARs) and corporate compliance requirements.
  • •Prepare, issue, and analyze Request for Quotes (RFQs), and perform price/cost analysis to support proposals and PO placement.
  • •Prepare PO documentation using EPAD, review drawings/specifications/purchase history for sourcing strategy, and lead negotiations and supplier/customer meetings.
