Staff Software Engineer, Subscription and Membership Platform

Build and evolve core subscription and membership systems that drive patient retention, engagement, and satisfaction. Lead the architecture of scalable full-stack solutions, own billing correctness and lifecycle state management, and coordinate workflow orchestration across commerce, pharmacy, and fulfillment. Partner with product and design to deliver intuitive end-to-end customer experiences, improve security/scalability/performance, mentor engineers, and use analytics and experimentation to raise key activation and reactivation KPIs.
