Job Summary

Support the Manufacturing (MFG) Business Support team by ensuring accurate flow of information, orders, inventory, and reporting across logistics and manufacturing operations. You’ll act as a key contact for customers, vendors, and carriers within agreed SLAs, maintain operational systems (WMS, SFCS, SAP), coordinate planning and billing/RMA activities, monitor performance, and help drive continuous improvement through quality checks and better processes.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and carriers, resolving queries professionally within agreed SLAs.
•Prepare and distribute accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports while maintaining high data quality.
•Maintain and update operational systems, including WMS, SFCS, SAP, and related business applications.
•Coordinate order management, stock transfers, inbound/outbound planning, NPI, billing support, and RMA processes.
•Monitor operational performance, identify issues or process gaps, and escalate appropriately to support timely resolution.

Key Requirements

•Experience in an administrative, customer service, operations support, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing support environment with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
•Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•Clear communication and stakeholder management skills to build positive relationships with customers, vendors, carriers, and colleagues.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook) and confidence working with business systems and operational data.
•Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, SFCS, logistics operations, high-tech manufacturing environments, or continuous improvement initiatives.
