•Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts
•Deliver small scope consulting with configuration guidance, demonstrations, and tips & tricks
•Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer business requirements
•Clearly communicate responses and value to customers
•Create and deliver customer presentations on how to use Workday features (Accelerator Webinars) and provide one-on-one guidance to accelerate adoption

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PLN 199,500 - 299,200 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of IT implementation experience
•5+ years of experience with recruiting systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
•2+ years of software consulting experience
•Workday Certification, or ability to certify in Recruiting, Learning, and Talent
•Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience; advanced degree preferred
